March 20, 2024 @ 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Serbian Embassy Reception with Deputy Chief of Mission, Vladimir Maric
Special Guest: Dr. Leslie Hossfeld, Dean, College of Behavioral, Social and Health Sciences
“Travel” with us to the beautiful country of Serbia to learn about its inviting culture and rich history, and to taste some of its culinary specialties.
Ambassador Djuric has graciously invited the Clemson Club to join him on Wednesday, March 20, for this special evening of conversation and delicious Serbian hors d’oeuvres plus sweet treats. Red and white wine, beer and sodas will also be served.
Club members will receive reservation priority for what we expect to be a sold-out event. Not yet a club member? Join at www.clemsonclub.org/membership.
Thank you to Ambassador Djuric for opening the Embassy and hosting us for this memorable evening. Registration fees will be applied solely to cover event costs.
The Club also would like to thank the College of Behavioral, Social and Health Sciences and Dean Hossfeld for sponsoring this event and traveling to D.C. to join us.
Clemson University’s College of Behavioral, Social and Health Sciences offers degrees in communication; nursing; parks, recreation and tourism management; political science; psychology; public health sciences; and sociology, anthropology and criminal justice. While each of these academic departments are unique, they are united by a common mission to build people and communities – working together to address health and wellness challenges, tackle human impacts on the environment and build stronger communities by better understanding human, political and social behavior and the impact of an ever-connected world. This work is vital to Clemson’s land-grant mission, strategic vision and global impact – and makes a tangible difference in South Carolina and beyond.
