Board Member Spotlight
Regan Prince ’98, M’00, PhD ‘04

Regan has worked in the Engineering, Construction and FO&M market sector for over 25 years. He started his career with Amentum in 2004. Most recently he served as Vice President of Operations for the Critical Operations Sector of Amentum’s Intelligence Business Line. Regan started his career with Amentum in 2004 working in the Automotive Group based in Troy, MI. His experience in the automotive group included assembly plants, test track facilities, and engineering services for GM and Ford Motor companies. His experience also includes management of pharmaceutical construction projects in Puerto Rico. Regan spent several years leading multiple ConocoPhillips refinery projects for Amentum, as well as supporting large proposal development efforts for the Oil and Gas Division. Upon moving into Federal Government Services, Regan led very large programs focused on the modernization of critical power and cooling infrastructure as well as complex Facility Operations for IC customers.
Regan loved his time at Clemson and travels back when he can to visit and see his nephews who followed in his footsteps to Clemson. He completed three Civil Engineering degrees over seven years earning his BS in ’98, Masters in ’00, and PhD in ’04. He loved his graduate work during which he was an instructor for the Civil Engineering Department, and he would like to return to teaching once he wraps up his corporate career. He has authored several peer reviewed publications and has published research in support of the Construction Industry Institute (CII).
Regan grew up in South Carolina and graduated from Greenwood High School. He met his wife Heather while working in Michigan and they have been together for 18 years. Regan and Heather have two children, Hannah (23) and Mason (18) as well as four dogs. They live in Millersville, MD and enjoy camping, outdoor sports, and other outdoor activities. Regan is grateful for the education and experiences Clemson provided preparing him for an amazing, diverse career. It is a family and network you have for life, and that is why Clemson is THE University of South Carolina.

As the season winds down, join us for a special lunchtime discussion with Clemson Athletic Director Graham Neff.
