Kate Woynerowski ’23
Kate Woynerowski graduated from Clemson University in May 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and a minor in Financial Management. Originally from Annapolis, Maryland, she relocated to Arlington, Virginia, after graduation and currently works for Pepco Holdings in Washington, DC.
A passionate Clemson and Washington, DC sports fan, Kate also enjoys listening to Taylor Swift and spending time with friends and family. She credits her four years at Clemson as some of the most memorable of her life, where she built lifelong friendships and created lasting memories. Her love for Clemson even inspired her younger sister, Claire, to attend the University. Claire graduated in December and will begin law school in Chicago this fall.
Since moving to the Washington, DC area, Kate has been an active member of the Baltimore/Washington DC Clemson Club, attending football watch parties, incoming student celebrations, business school events, and other alumni programs. She is excited for the opportunity to become more involved with the Club and looks forward to helping strengthen connections among Clemson alumni throughout the region.

Join us for a special CU@Home on Wednesday, October 28, from 12:00–1:00 p.m. as we take an inside look at one of Clemson’s most inspiring programs — Clemson LIFE (Learning is for Everyone).
Clemson LIFE gives young adults with intellectual disabilities the opportunity to experience college life as part of the Clemson Family while building skills for independent living, employment and a fulfilling future. Executive Director Joe Ryan will introduce us to the program and share how Clemson LIFE is making a difference both on campus and beyond. We’ll also hear directly from a current Clemson LIFE student and an instructor, who will share their experiences and offer a personal look at the friendships, growth and sense of belonging that make the program so special.
